History of Honda Motor Company began with a vision of one man- Soichiro Honda. Today,
Honda Motor Co., Ltd is one of the dominant car manufacturing companies around the
globe. Honda Motor co. Ltd was incorporated in 1948 in Japan by Soichiro Honda with
a capital of 100,000 Yen and 34 employees. Subsequently it opened its first overseas
plant in America in 1959; American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Since its establishment in 1948, Honda has remained in the fore front by creating value additions and providing
products of the highest quality with innovation for its worldwide Clientele. In
addition, the Company has carried out its activities with a commitment to protecting
the environment and enhancing safety in a mobile society. The Company has accelerated
its efforts on fuel efficiency, zero-emissions, and hydrogen-powered fuel cell cars.
The car models of Honda would comprise of Accord, Beat, CR-V, HR-V, Jazz, NSX, S2000

Honda has a rich motor racing history which literally dates back to 1954. Establishing
the Honda Racing Corporation was the first step of many. Honda participates in motorcycle
and motorcar races throughout the world by introducing high potential racing machines.
